Saints and Society

My name is Joshua Rodriguez. I have become very passionate about Patristic wisdom and theology in the past five years. I am by no means an expert on the subject, but I have found the Church Fathers to be profoundly transformative to my theology and practice. Foundational truths do not change. The wisdom of the ancient Church continues to be relevant in the modern world and for Christians seeking to point our broken society towards a loving Savior.

That’s the motive behind Saints and Society. I hope to provide real-time commentary on current events and trends with the aid of the Church Fathers. I aim to demonstrate that the ancient saints are still relevant today while also helping my reader stay updated with newsworthy circumstances I find relevant. Ultimately, I want to help everyday Christians realize the treasure trove of wisdom God has left us through those who have come before us.
